He’s dug himself a big hole and will take some serious off season changes to fix this. Not saying it can’t be done but it’s going to take a lot. And before you come raining down on me about bashing Jay I promise you he would agree with me. No way he’s satisfied with this crap. Quite honestly at this point he’s no doubt embarrassed.

100% agree. This is on Jay. We are an embarrassing team. Lots of talent, but we can’t spell TEAM right now. Can’t put it together. No leaders. No heart. In the end, its on him.

Who has a different line up EVERY SINGLE GAME??? That's my biggest beef with him. How do you expect any consistency from the players when you give them different people next to them or new positions every day?

It is ALWAYS on the head coach. He gets all the accolades if they win and ALL the blame if they lose. He decides who plays in EVERY SINGLE game. He hires the assts who call the pitches and coaches the bases. He sees them every single day in practice and game. He should know every aspect, physical and mental, strength and weakness, of every player. Oh and did I mention that he gets paid a lot more than everybody else, too. Yep, it’s on him and only him. I think that’s why head coaches are called Head Coaches!

The team I'm watching isn't very good due to lack of talent. We have some good players, but honestly, how many of our position players would start at Tennessee? 2?
