Probably wouldn't have both anyway because Nuss would leave after spring practice if a top transfer showed up.

No elite QB wants to sit behind someone equally as elite. We are just lucky Nuss decided to stay. No other CFB team had the back up QB quality LSU had. Nuss could have been the starter for every other SEC football team.

A good QB only transfers to be the starter and is basically told that and paid to be the star. That guy comes and you’re starter is leaving.

After what I saw today, not sure the win win win statement applies anymore. Even with a 12 team playoff.
