How many times last night did he strike out with men on base. Maybe it’s related to him catching doing the game and not fully concentrated. I don’t really know, but wouldn’t it be better off to just let him DH and let Neil or Milazzo catch. Neil is almost like a freshman because last year he was hurt and didn’t play so this year he’s having to adjust to SEC pitching and still is quite a ways off and hopefully with enough chances at bat he will begin to improve. We may even want to platoon Milazzo and him, especially when we are in one run games. Just food for thought

Watch the team a bit more and spell their names correctly before you want to coach them.

If a catcher hits better than .265 he is doing a hell of a job. Travinski is having a great year and the Arkansas pitching staff is very good. I would love to see you take a few AB's. If you wish to become the laughing stock of America, please do.

No travs had 1 down game

Travs is the starting catcher/hitter. Milazzo isnt even good enough to be the dh why would he start at catcher wasting an at bat in the order over travs? Before u say his average is good, it's against cupcakes and ALL meanless at bats. In the sec he is terrible batting.

We’ve really got nobody that’s driving in runs.

White, Jones, and Travinski have to be those guys.

Milazzo is hitting .500 with a .667 OB% in SEC games this year btw… literally leads the team in both of those categories

He’s been one of the most consistent hitters this season.

I hear you, but shite happens sometimes. It’s baseball.

Agreed about Trav and in general the whole team in: RISP Its like our Tigers are snake bit bad luck.LSU matched Hogs on the mound for the most part(Holman issued a lead off walk in 5 straight innings) both had 9 hits each .LSU 12 SO To 14 for Hogs .The one E charged against Tigers in the 10th resulted in a walk off double for the series Win.
