Why is softball playing #1 Texas at 11am tomorrow?

Texas travel schedule. They have to go to BYU for the weekend.

Actually BYU comes to Austin for the weekend, but point still stands. And since BYU only observes 6 days out of a week, the series is Th-F-Sat

Texas was in Houston over the weekend. They wanted to play at LSU, but wanted to play early in the day Tuesday so they could bus back home and not get back at a ridiculous hour, and LSU agreed to it.

Sounds cool to me. LSU easily could have said "no thanks" and scheduled Nicholls or somebody else. So if all parties are good, let's do it.

You’re right though. Travel ball tourneys start early and run til they’re done. These girls can play at any time.

It was already scheduled from the start.

I think Texas is the better team especially with Coffey out..if Berzon pitches let’s see if she is who some says she is…
