I've used Mint for the last 5 years and honestly love it. I can get a very clear picture on where I am financially in less than a few minutes.
One thing I hate is that they have not incorporated crypto into it but that is a small complaint.
Is there anything out there better than Mint? I dont' really need or want to "budget" so to say since where I live is so cheap but was curious if anyone has used another program link Mint and if you thought it was better for one reason or another

I used to use Mint. I recently downloaded it again and hate the new interface. Not sure when they changed to this one, but I can't stand it. Also, it kept getting unlinked with some of my accounts.
I tried YNAB, Monarch, and CoPilot and kept CoPilot. I love it. Highly recommend it. Not 100% sure if they have crypto integration because I intentionally don't integrate that.

I like YNAB for vanilla, envelope system budgeting. I can't speak to more advanced stuff like crypto. But, for the vast majority of folks, once you get past the learning curve (it was minor for me and I have no background in accounting or finance), it is like going through the looking glass, money wise.
I'm not going to quibble with you on this, but every single thing is "budgeted". You're letting the universe "budget" you and if you're okay with that, that's fine.

Nothing I have found is better than Mint for general overall finance collation software.
What are you trying to incorporate with Crypto? The incorporated API Keys quite a while ago. If you have coins in cold storage, then that's like asking Mint to keep track of the cash in your pocket.

I plan to use Fierce once it launches.
ETA: it’s an app that is supposed to launch next month. Folks in the industry are talking about it up here.

I used it when it debuted, but it was basically the opposite of Mint.
While Mint had everything except robust investment features, Personal Capital at the time felt like that's all they had.
When it came down to it, I only really needed Mint to track the high level net worth with my investments anyway, so it won the day. Haven't really gone back to see what PC has done since.
Plus, since they make money off advisor services, I kind of wanted to avoid being hassled though they weren't obnoxious about selling you on that anyway.
I liked old Microsoft Money because it had a cash flow forecast, yet only some programs support that. Each software for whatever reason just randomly does some things but not others.

I've had YNAB for the last 7 or 8 years and like it. It does have a small learning curve but they listen to users and add/revise regularly.

I am kind of weirded out my link accounts so an app can pull it together

what made YNAB worse than Co-Pilot.
I've used YNAB for I think three years now and it works well for me, but spending habits haven't changed much, didn't really need to.

I’m also weirded out by these companies tracking my transactions etc. I don’t want anything linked to a program. I’m happy to input the shite myself live manually.
What’s the best app for that or is it just using an excel sheet? Hopefully there’s a template?

Quicken is my personal favorite. Same core features as Mint but more. I don’t believe Every Dollar can track loan accounts, assets, investments, etc. Its geared more towards budgeting. YNAB is centered around budgeting, which it doesn’t sound like you want to do. Personal Capital is good, especially for investments. Moneydance is like a cheaper looking Quicken with not as many features. Banktivity is comparable to Moneydance but for Mac. Another good one is Simplifi by Quicken. I like their Watchlist and Spending Plan features. Not a lot of bells and whistles though. Just about all of them have a free trial

I use EveryDollar. It’s the easiest. All the others are too complicated with too much to keep up with. Sometimes simple is better
