Constant noise, like at a football game, isn’t distracting. It’s like white noise that you can play through.

I've never heard a golfer complain about someone making an involuntary noise like a sneeze..
Now.. the idiots who make noises because they're trying to get internet famous? Yeah I'd be pissed too
The camera shutter guy.. the ring tone lady.. the "get in the hole!" morons..

The moron argument…. It’s not the noise, it’s the change in volume and intensity.. if they screamed and cheered the whole time, the players would easily adapt
Being an individual sport focusing on one movement versus a series of events is completely different than most every sport

Nah, Pro golf does have some pussies but per capita the NBA is king in that department.

Quarterbacks can make a bad throw and easily recover on the next play or the dozens of other chances they get. Somebody yells in your backswing and you miss hit it could easily cost you an entire 4 round tournament.

No. Golf in general is a past time. I don't think it's a sport. Almost a status symbol of sorts. I rather play basketball. Playing golf is made to drink beer and knock balls around. Sex sounds much better.
