Yep. If you are gonna judge Wisconsin, please do it against a team not named Northwestern. I get that top 25 programs should assert themselves against weaker teams, and Wisconsin does that for the most part, especially in the B10W... but they have ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS struggled with the fightin' Pat Fitzgeralds for God knows what reason.
It's just an unwritten law of nature that UW can't ever play a noncompetitive game against these dudes.
