For one final time, scores have been updated.

Congrats to Milton on their 2nd state title in program history. That was a great game last night and I'm glad I was there to see it in person. They will have the honor of being the last ever 7A state champ.

And another high school season in Georgia is over. See everyone at MBS on August 17th, 2024 for the Corky Kell Classic.

Oh, and Milton is returning 16 of 22 starters, including their QB, and they drop down to 5A.

Do you know why Milton hosted Colquitt County for the title game a few years ago when there was an ice storm in Atlanta? CC had a better record.

That is pre-determined according to whether you are on the top or bottom of the bracket.

But in that case an exception should have been made.
