you’re able to convince yourselves of ridiculous ideas like “Lebron is the only player to ever be criticized”. Think about how ridiculous that is.

Ummm what?! Lmao see only you folks would come up with something so dumb. I've never said anything about Lebron being the only player to be criticized. Every player is criticized. Hell jameis Winston gets criticized and he wasn't even a starter. Bench players making league minimum get criticized, just look at Jose Alvarado getting criticized for last night on the Pels board.

What you just did is called PROJECTION.

You just said it in this thread. And btw you might want to look up the term projection, you don’t seem to know what it means.

Do you really think Jordan was a better role model than Lebron?

Do you really think LEBRON is a better role model than Jordan? In real life, they both are probably terrible.

Only one is known to fake racism and reading to my knowledge.

As Basketball players?? You think LEBRON is a better role model??

The guy who blames anyone but himself?
The guy who isn't loyal to his teammates? Coaches? FO?
The guy who blames other when he is unsuccessful instead of putting it on his shoulder?
The guy who would rather team up with #2 than beat them?
The guy whose team is #1 in free throws every year but is going to talk about getting screwed by the refs?

You dumb frick

Abandoning your child is the worst thing a man can do, so Jordan is absolutely a worse "life" role model

Jordan punched his own teammate. I'd say that makes Lebron a better basketball role model as well

Lebron at 39 was a more efficient scorer than prime Jordan. Lebron shot 54% FG% this year, Jordan's highest was 53.8%.

I'd still take prime Jordan all day, but that's a wild stat.

It's really not all that wild. In the 1997-98 season (the year they started keeping stats of shot distances), Jordan shot 24% of his shots from inside 10 feet. James this season shot 66.2% of his shots from inside 10 feet. Comparing those years, Jordan shot 49.2% from 10-16 feet whereas James is shooting 31.3%.

James simply takes a lot more shots close to the basket than Jordan did.

Gambling and sleeping around

Vs

Remaining silent and indirectly supporting genocide in China, and also inventing racist acts against you

The most important role model is a child's father. Abandoning your child automatically disqualifies you from being a better role model than anyone.

All those examples of Lebron being a shite Basketball role model and the only response you have is

"Jordan punched his teammate"

You are soft

Being a role model is for children.

I'd much rather my kid complain about the refs and shite like that than punch their teammate.

How convenient lol

“I don’t care what other shitty things lebron did, as long as he stayed around his kids (granted I have no idea what sort of father he actually is)”

Any defensive changes that made getting to the basket easier?

Who are his illegitimate children? Name them plz. Oh and BTW name every all-time greats illegitimate children and give examples of you judging them the same way. So, you know, we can be aware that you’re not using a double standard here.

League wide fg% in 89' was 47.7%, this year it was 47.4%.

Now there is no illegal defense, back then there was no hand check. I'd call it a wash

I'm not the one that brought being a better role model into this thread. That was some Jordan worshipper.

Yes, I'd say any father that abandoned their kid, nba or not, is a worse role model than Lebron.

There’s still illegal defense in the NBA.
