I think many lakers fans on here are slightly different than Lakers fans at large. The ones on here weren’t particularly optimistic.
Every Pelicans fans knew it would be a sweep or gentlemen’s sweep at best.
I’m kinda happy they are getting their balls kicked in to be honest.

You know you're making this up, right? The Lakers almost missed the playoffs. Nobody thinks LeBron is the best player in the NBA anymore. Absolutely nobody favored the Lakers in this series.

It is true. The Pelicans are the epitome of a poverty franchise. Squandering AD23 and ZW1's rookie deals back to back is unprecedented in NBA history.

I loved that first group with Mash, Baron, Magloire, PJ Brown, Wesley, Randy Livingston, Tractor Traylor, Augmon, Lynch etc.. how could anyone not love that group? I also thought CP3 and that bunch would make a little run but by the time they completely fumbled the CP3 situation then wasted AD and screwed up his departure it was obvious this wasn’t a serious franchise. They’re a clown show in every way.

Its like some people base their entire existence off if their team wins a championship or not. You can have a very good season and enjoy it even if u lose lol.
I loved watching lsu offense this year. Sucks we didn't have a defense but it didn't ruin watching games for me.
Pelicans had bad luck wit zion getting hurt. But we showed progress this year. Herb and trey and zion all took it to a new level. Now we will have some flexibility in the off season to get a real point guard to pair with zion.
