The Hank/Tuco's cousins scene in the parking lot got me hooked. I didn't even really know wtf was going on when I first saw it, but knew I was going to be watching his show for good.

One of my favorites I didn't see mentioned is in season 1, after Crazy 8 is killed and Walt is talking to Jesse about how Jesse will be the one to deal with clients and walt will never see them, and during it there are a few flash forwards of Walt walking out of Tuco's destroyed hideout with a bag of money.
I think every scene with Hector Salamanca was great. The flashback to Gus and his partner trying to cut a deal with Don Eladio was badass. The 3 nursing home interactions were awesome too. "Look at me Hector".
IMO the absolute best scene in the show is when Hank closes the garage behind walt.

I am not sure about my favorite but Walt's "its complicated" speech in the "Fly" episode is great. I think Cranston's performance in BB is better than any I've seen on a TV series and that scene really stands out to me as one of his best.
