Watching it again and whatever happened to ginger? Rust said he had him in a ditch and that’s the last thing I heard of him. Damn, woody and mcconaughey were great in that.

I had always assumed he left him in the middle of nowhere. I mean, what is he going to do? He was already on the out for bringing Rust to the bar to meet the guy that could introduce him to the group.
Edited; Wasn't Miles who he met at the bar, but mentioned Miles would be pissed.
