So, the season 2 finale was last night, did anybody watch?

I think this show has finally hit its stride, with potential for much more.

Not yet... will probably catch up on last night's two episodes sometime this week.

I still enjoy the show.

Without saying too much, I think this show finally had it's "moment" so to speak last night.

I watched both episodes last night. Solid finale. Of course nowhere near TWD levels but this show has vastly improved and has my attention. Several good storylines going on with anticipation built for next season.

the moment that happened could've been a little more satisfying.

The person should've been showing having some realization.

They have characters change personality in the blink of an eye. So many things are just not credible that the character would act that way based on past actions and statements.

And some stuff is just dumb. (MINOR SPOILERS) A bunch of bad guys walked through a pen full of walkers. They popped a few in the head as needed and emerged on the other side. Then later the same bunch of walkers is turned loose in an even bigger area, and suddenly they are an unstoppable hoard that overruns the bad guys. Huh?

And two of the bad guys are soon seen walking around (with neck bites) as walkers themselves. Really? A crowd of a few hundred walkers catches two dudes and just bites them, they die from the wounds (which other characters take days to do), and they turn.

Under every other similar scenario the walkers devour the victims. This same bunch of walkers has been shown doing it multiple times.

This show has wasted so much potential. I keep watching, but I ask myself why.

That was a pretty dang good finale. I've been bored to death most of the season though.

Did they kill off "less likable Skyler White"? Because...that was a bridge too far for me.

SPOILERS

She's still pumping along. They DID kill off the angsty teenage son though. That was extremely satisfying, as was the father's (not)equal and opposite reaction.

The last 4-5 episodes of the show were pretty interesting to watch. Honestly, right now I'm actually more interested about what will happen next season in FTWD than I am in the original show after the cliffhanger ending last season.
