Been following team annually since Bobby Hebert was running the show. After Sean little hissy fit yesterday, I will not watch another game. Frick that guy.

Because LSU didn’t do due diligence and Sean promoted his guy knowing he was about to lose a slew of couches, trolololol. STFU.

Yeah, read the tweets today after Sean had time to damage control. He showed his arse yesterday when things were happening in real time and people were calling him out for his childish behavior yesterday.

Oh no a head coach did what's best for the team he is paid to run instead of helping the local college team that has zero bearing on his job

Burn it all down

90% of LSU and Louisiana fans are done with Sean after this shite. The crap this past offseason already had people on edge now this crap just shut off the rest of the state. Go read message boards around here, people can't stand Sean and are tired of his temper tantrums. He blows too many big games to get away with trading multiple draft picks to keep Carolina from getting Tommy Stevens. With the amount of talent he has had since 2009 and only have one championship to show for it is embarrassing.

I hope you are right because I have been looking to upgrade my season tickets. I was hoping the kneeling boycott would give me that opportunity, but it predictably amounted to nothing. Probably the same thing this time, but I have hope.

Do people not understand how incredibly difficult it is to make it to a superbowl let alone win one? Outside of belicheck, there’s no active coach that’s won more than one superbowl. We have the second or third best head coach in the NFL. frick right off.

I’m in the divisional round of the playoffs on the brink of losing my Associate HC, DB coach, and DC. Yea Coach O, sure, come in and poach Nielsen without even asking. Great idea, mate, that’ll certainly sit well.

I’ve seen a lot of hissy fits from LSU fans. This is a pathetic look. You are supposed to be a storied program, people should be jumping to be your DC.

So yall dont think with Sean blocking Aaron Glenn and now Nielson from advancing their careers as coordinators and having to stay position coaches will make future position coaches hesitant of coaching for the saints compared to other nfl teams? Remember, this same dumbass coach told Joe Brady he was ruining his career by leaving his 40k getting coffee for the coaches career to taking LSU OC job a year prior to this. Coaches that have multiple offers are going to stay away from saints because of Sean blocking multiple assistants from advancing their careers. If yall take off your black and gold sunglasses, yall would see it too.

You can say Sean was being petty but O and Ponamsky utterly FAILED in vetting Nielsen and looking at his contract language, along with failing to contact Sean/the Saints formally to ask about hiring Nielsen. This debacle is on LSU.

Take your purple and gold sunglasses off, and you would see the HC of the Saints trying to salvage everything he can of his coaching staff, and you're shitting on him for doing his job and giving him a promotion instead of letting another coach leave his staff. Why is it Sean Payton's job to take care of LSU? Hint: it's not

Other NFL teams blocked position coaches from leaving too. So much so that the league just amended the rules on it in May. You just didn't know or care about that until yesterday.

You make all LSU fans look uninformed and down right stupid. CSP didn’t become a hall of fame coach by worrying about what college coaches in over their heads want or need.

CEO has a lot to learn about seeing a year or two down the road when it comes to sustaining his program. Take the L and learn from it.
