Can you know who cut you off using car plates?

Real crazy lady just ran a red and turned left almost wrecking my car. I got the plates but don’t know what I can do. Can I look em up and complain to their boss

Report the plates to the local PD. Unless it's a work vehicle, not sure why the company she works for would even care.

yeah, you just have to go to the DMV and ask. They'll give you whatever info you want so long as you have a plate number.
