This shocks me, people eat this stuff up and believe it. 15k to be told how bad you are and what you need to do to fix it (more money).

Experience - 100s of jury trials in different counties. I’ve been on both sides and in civil and criminal. Currently I try cases involving violent crime such as murder and child abuse
Overall there was a much greater trust in government back in the 60s. So in truth everyone could risk not getting a fair shake in trial for a lot of different reasons.
