Apparently there are several upstanding citizens caught on his security cameras lighting the stacks of wood outside on fire.

At the woodwork shop? I hope they have good pics and they find the arsonists and lock them up. Everyone should agree on that.

I’m truly grateful that such a significant BR figure as Gravy was out there.

He left

I think he may have got his feelings hurt he wasn’t in charge

I’d venture to say they were in no way involved with the protest group
The protest group had a few outside agitators but they acted badass by stepping in the street, when EBRSO started walking towards them they took off running, EBRSO just stopped & laughed

By all accounts I’ve read, the protest on Siegen was peaceful. Just keep the opportunists and revolutionaries out.

This is the way it should be done across the country.

Honestly I would consider it a successful protest. To me a bust would be if they destroyed property or were violent this seemed to be one of the best peaceful protest in the country and I'm not going to talk shite about that because what they did is what should be happening everywhere.

Perhaps the biggest surprise in all of this ridiculousness is finding out that black people in BR see Siegen Lane as the epicenter of "white Baton Rouge."

And they aren’t even considering the huge section 8 apartment complex next to Academy. A number of other small low income apartment areas and streets around there too

100% agree. Calling it a bust is the same as wishcasters bemoaning the fact that a hurricane didn't rip through an area and leave a wake of devastation.

Peaceful protest is one of the most important rights one can have. When it remains peaceful it actually solidifies what it means to be an American - many people, one voice.

When you have outside agitators trying to stir up anger and hate, you harm the purpose of protest. I'm proud of those that were there and that kept the proceedings peaceful -- the alternative doesn't help anyone.
