I know my own, large company will be adopting a hybrid model.

We might close a few offices, but the main offices will shift to collaboration centers with some modest seating and more meeting rooms.

My read is that we will be 2 days in office, 3 days from home, with flexibility all over.

But - there absolutely will be the expectation that people (especially leaders) come to the office for big meetings and important work sessions. Working in another city would not be a long term option
