Both are surprisingly filling considering the size/calories.

I'm trying to avoid using the dishes and office kitchen entirely on the 1-2 days a week I'm here, so I stocked up on things that can stay on my person until it is time to eat.

All I know is back in the day, especially when on the way back from going to a saints game, I would put a hurting on Great Wall.

Rotolos is definitely where I visited the most though. I miss the old one on Bob Pettit.

I’m DTB so I’ll probably stop at Spahrs for a Bloody Mary, cup of gumbo and some fried crab fingers.

I eat the Oiko’s triple zero (I think that’s what it’s called) and it’s surprisingly good for a gk yogurt. And has 15g of protein too.

I ordered some flavorless protein powder that has 30g of protein per serving and imma start adding that to my coffee when it comes in.

I don’t get enough protein or calories most days.

Chimes and Parrains everytime I come down

We hit up Sullivans last time we came, but that's a chain I think. They just built one here in Little Rock last year

For Coffee:
-7 Brew
-Coffee Call
-CC's

Fast Food/Fast Casual
-Izzos
-Lit Pizza
-Chick Fil A

Full Service
- Jubans
- Superior Grill (Gov't Street)
- Library (Gonzales)

Obviously I go to 7Brew and CFA more than I go to Jubans.

I get to BR to see my daughter and for Tigers games. The places we go to the most are hard to say in terms of 3 places but I think it is 3 of the following 5 places.

Parrains
Superior Grill on Highland
The Drunken Fish
PF Changs
Torchy's

I like this one too. I probably buy the Dannon Light n Fit the most often, but enjoy Oikos too.

We hadn't been here until we went a few weeks ago for the first time, and we've already gone back since. It isn't mind blowing Italian or anything, but it is really solid and I enjoy the neighborhood atmosphere.

Really? No clue. Haven’t been out that way in a few years.

Wasn’t there another restaurant on River Road out that way that was close to the OXY Plant?
