My dad passed in 2018 and my sold their house 2 years ago. It was a big house and it was too much for her to maintain on her own. Whenever we moved everything out and going through my dad’s belongings. That’s when I weeped for the last time

I am 56 and have cried from grief 3 times in my life. All due to deceased family. I am an experienced public speaker but while giving my Dad's eulogy I just could not keep it together. My brother and the priest kept coming up to yank me from the podium but I waived them off and powered through. Only time my kids have seen me cry.

Tears of joy when the Cubs won the World Series in 2016. Been a Cubs fan since I was a kid and didn’t think I would ever see us win it.

When my grandpa died last April. It’s been hard thinking it’s been a year next week but life must go on.

My son is 15 now and doesn't want to do anything w/ me anymore. My daughter is grown and I rarely hear from her. Just made me realize that things will never be that way ever again, the way when they were kids.

Putting my very best girl down next week so that'll be the next one.

Talking about the dog, not my wife or daughter.
