Between things like this, banning pornhub in Texas, Governor Landry hating freedom of speech, I'm finding it really hard to see all this freedom loving that Republicans say they stand for.

It's time for new leadership in this country with new ideas. Unfortunately, we'll have to wait for that because both parties have gone full retard.

Republicans love big govt just as much as democrats. They simply like it for their reasons

It's 2024 my baw. That's easily gotten around with a VPN. That's why I think it's dumb. Especially with how kids grow up with technology now days. They know about all the ways to get around things like that.

What a frickin vagoo.

I guarantee you they'll get shite elsewhere with even less oversight if this bullshite bill passes,

frick him and anyone who votes for this continued tyranny. It's a plant

Go after fentanyl, or Street takeovers. You know, actually harmful things.

If a kid gets into one of these the remedy is cartoons and a nap.

I didn't read the whole article, as I am not subscribed to nola.com. But from what I have read, this is the only concern and the reason to outlaw these products? Thats a fricking joke. At least come up with better reasons as to why it should be outlawed

Those same "lightly regulated" stores sell alcohol and tobacco to minors all the time. I use to be one of those minors that the stores would sell to.

How about let us vote on it. Oh yeah can't do that. Daddy lawmaker knows what's best for you. Just ignore that big pharma cash in his pocket.

How about parents raise their kids responsibly instead of counting on the government to do the right thing for them?

There's ways to get VPNs without paying for them. There's ways around all that stuff, which is why it's so dumb. You can go on Reddit and find things just like pornhub has. It's just really stupid and shows how behind the times Republicans are in regards to things like this.

Also, it's not pornhub that's messing up the kids in this country. Anyways, that's really off subject now.

Let’s just put porn on cable tv since “they will find it anyway”
