I've been here for 33 years, and for the most part, the metro area was quiet and everybody minded their own business when it came to social and racial issues. People bonded over food, fun, and sports and the like. It seems like the past maybe eight years have been littered with faux protests over trivial issues. A lot of times the "protestors" come from out of town and have a dirty look to em. Seems like someone chose this place as a haven for fake "equal rights" and made-up issues. I'm really starting to hate it here. No longer feels like a sleepy southern city.

At this point I think the country is going through some emotional purge. We have a lot of mental health issues from our country being so soft and it is amplifying things

What I always find interesting is just how deranged and idiotic these protestors are. They're very often unemployed deadbeats, people with criminal records, or just off their damn rockers and too stupid to know that what they're "fighting for" makes no sense or would be damaging to many people. And yet they get to speak the loudest.

It's like in business meetings, the dumbest person in the room should not be the one talking the most.

You have to riot over something and the Falcons don't create any opportunities for victory riots.

It's an election year. Gotta get the people all stirred up. We should start taking bets on what the big issue will be in 2028.

It's the Marxists. People better wake up and realize that's no myth- it's real.

They absolutely want to control your lives, by any means necessary.

There's a reason they want to disarm YOU- not street criminals. It's the same reason they are hell-bent on flooding the country with unknown third-world manpower. They hate this country- and you.

Although it may be difficult for some to admit we are at this point in our country- the fact is we are.

Fans aren't happy with the Penix pick. Can't blame them.

I thought this was going to be about drafting Michal penix at 8, which would actually be a legitimate protest for once.

These protesters need jobs. Did Starbucks have to fire all of them?

They're called democrats. Which means, circa 2024, they are Marxists.

Thank a democrat today for the societal clown world that we live in.

The crying class has been taught by somebody that people give a shite aboot what they think and being offended leads to profit.

Asian 4.5%
Black or African American 46.7%
Hispanic or Latino (of any race) 6.0%

I've lived in Gwinnett for about 22 years. It's getting nearly as bad as Atlanta. Just sold the house and looking for another one over in Haralson, Polk, or Floyd counties on the west side of the state. We just moved the company office to Bremen to escape the tentacles of Atlanta reaching out and spreading the disease.

I'll miss fly fishing for trout on the 'Hooch on the weekends, but at least I won't have to navigate that traffic and deal with the career panhandlers when I merge from I-20 to the connector. That place has become a hell hole.

To be fair, they're not really the ones who are always protesting annoyingly.
