Nothing is stopping you from voluntarily donating to shelters and relief organizations.

Oh wait. You don't really want to give more. You just support the government forcibly taking other people's money.

I’ll vote for tax increases for things I support. I have no problem with that. You should vote against them if you don’t support them. If majority of people vote for a new tax that’s just our system of government with majority rule. It doesn’t mean the government is forcibly taking other peoples money. It means you decided to live in America where people can vote for or against different taxes. If you hate America just say you hate America.

I could believe that. I think more of our taxes should go towards mental health and mental institutions to try to help those sick people.

The elephant in this room (for far too many) is that prolly something like 90-97% of the problem is directly related to addiction(s), mental illness, or some combination of both.

And of that population, some significant proportion are, or have been rendered, completely useless…

What's going to happen is the Soros etc. type organizations will just buy large empty lots for them to squat on, and if those lots are unavailable then some buildings are coming down by formal demolition or otherwise.

Toxic compassion.

Like a worse version of parents allowing adult children to stay at home without ever becoming adults (not working, not paying for rent or other essentials)

Providing resources for addicts to keep doing drugs is actually more cruel. You know that your actions will kill a good number of these people.

I don’t always trust questions and comments made by justices. Sometimes they are about pushing the side they support to make a better argument, and also sometimes it is to appear objective when mind already made up in opposite direction. There have been cases with the liberal justices appeared to be challenging the liberal side of a case only to fully fall in line with the left/liberal side like it was beyond questioning with the actual decision/opinion written.

It is also much easier to pick liberal activist judges who will stay left than it is to pick conservative ones that will stay conservative. All 3 of Trump’s picks have made some strange votes/decisions in some cases including Gorsuch’s written opinion that redefined the long standing legal definition of “sex” in Title 7 under Civil Rights Act not only to include transgenders therefore basically ignoring the longstanding biological sex definition including reason the term was added late in process but also to include sexuality.

Good. Now stop sending money to everywhere except helping at home. And I'm not talking about just building them a house bc that would just ruin them to be dependent on the govt. We got too many of those already. Maybe I'm expecting too much of common sense from the govt to actually fix something but at least address it and try to fix the homeless situation.

Imagine voting for a guy who showered with his daughter for president, believing he’d fix the country’s problems, and instead he sends all of the money to a dwarf loser in Ukraine to run around “fighting” Russia.
