Was reading an article about a guy who stole $215,000 from a bank in Ohio in 1969 and evaded the remaining 51 years of his life from the feds Link

Best I can find is 5 dudes stealing a helicopter from Galveston and then robbing a bank of $160,000 in 1984. But they all got caught. Link

Wasn't it the Ed Orgeron buyout?

In Texas it is definitely the Jimbo Fisher buyout. No one is really sure who to blame and who is repsonsible..

When Long was shot Seymour Weiss, the Roosevelt Hotel owner asked Long “Where is the deduct box?”. Long responded “I’ll tell you later”. He slipped into a coma not long after.

The "theft" has been solved, it was straightforward by Riecke. It's the murder that has not and probably will never be solved.

Much harder to do now than then. But he did the one thing you must do and cut out all contact with his former connections.

The best way to do it now is help out hardcore homeless folks and do some research then take the identity of one with no major warrants or family connections then help them onto the next life.
