I’ve found there’s a bunch of “us” on here. I find the discussions on here about this topic to be therapeutic. There’s a certain comfort in knowing you aren’t alone. Many people on here have gone through something similar to OP I would assume. I’ve found that to be true in my case.

Some of that strange looked pretty good for $40. I can imagine you’ll get left with a nice parting gift.

Don’t lie. I’m battling severe depression right now. Be open and honest about it. I thought my family didn’t really want to hear my BS, but my issues have drawn me much closer to them. You realize quickly that they want to support in any way they can.

Rt he’s saying run to a clinically depressed woman that was dumb enough to vote for Biden and tells you to speak your truth.

Oh and pay a shitload for it.

Go to confession. Make a good one. Honesty one. Leave your shite there.

Then go start making apologies.

Honesty opens up the world.

Takes the weight off.

Yes. I just plowed through it. Got up for work bc I have to work. I’m good at separating work/life so nobody knew at work. Or home, really. I had a friend who knew and we’d talk and she helped me a lot. If you can’t force yourself to plow through, there’s no shame in asking for professional help.

Step up. Happiness is a choice. Enjoy life or surround yourself by shite, piss, and misery.

And it begins. Here try this one. Wait this one is great. Let's try this one. Side effects: suicide, death, heart attack, depression, anxiety, etc. Please OP talk it out if you can because some of these professionals( wink wink) do nothing but use people as guinea pigs. My ex wife became one. Good luck

This is very hard to do for married people. Unless you're stupid enough to hit the apps. In that case you're gonna end up divorced anyway.

I’ve been battling depression myself. I don’t even know why I’m depressed

All I know is all the things that used to being my joy or excitement don’t anymore.

Socializing- don’t care
Sex - meh
Hunting-fishing - meh

I can’t laugh nor cry. I just feel empty and soulless. Have to force myself to eat because nothing sounds good.

Time to be honest with yourself. Talk to your family, friends, or whoever you trust. You can help yourself. Never doubt your worth. Get some help and learn to be happy again..... Don't wait. Just go
