I got a laser sight for mine, but I can't shoot it yet because it is snowing again.

Took to range today. Pretty accurate gun. Trigger got better as i fired it. Trigger can be a little sensitive. Fired a few unintentional second shots if you know what I mean.

Several reviews said it shoots better with 124 grain than 115 grain. I disagree. My control and accuracy was better w the lesser grain. Also, the 124 grain casings too often ejected directly backwards onto my head and one bounced off my glasses. Didn't have that problem with the 115 grain rounds. Not once.

That is good to know about the 115 grain rounds. Most of my ammo is 115 gr. I can't catch a break to go shoot mine. The weather next week will be the pits also.

I sold my Shield because I had big headaches with it. Mushy trigger pull and both fail to feed and fail to eject with various factory ammo, Traded it for a new G3c at a gun show and got $50. plus the gun with three magazines. Waiting for the first malfunction, all three magazines work perfectly though hard to get the last few rounds in. Fit and finish are every bit as good as the Shield, accuracy excellent and the trigger is better than the Shield. In fact the Shield was one of my greatest disappointments in a semi auto handgun to date. Is it possible you got one of the earlier version of the G3c?

Let my firearms instructor borrow it for a few days. He really liked the way it shot and agreed it fired better with the smaller load. Gun comes w 3 different grips. Replaced it w smallest grips in case. It fit even better.

Local Atwoods has a bunnch of Ruger Max 9s on clearance.

I guess they didn't sell at all, but the deal is unreal.

Night sight/fiber optic up front, optics ready, 12 shot, double staco capacity in micro compact design, and they're going for like $359.

That $20-40 cheaper than they had them on Black Friday.
