It just didn't do it for me, I like the story and the whole idea behind the show..just didn't deliver to me. I'm not saying it's horrible, or unwatchable.

I don't know why they thought completely changing what made the first season fresh and intriguing abruptly would suddenly change the ratings so it could be renewed.

I was bored but I also had more than a feeling that the show would be cancelled thus I didn't really get invested in it .

Thanks all for the suggestions. I went through 5 episodes straight last night and am hooked now.

Magical Negro has peaked my interest.

Emily Sullivan is

and Gracie Leigh is Dwight Schrutes babysitter.

Jericho is one of my favorite series of all times. Watched all the episodes on Hulu back when it was free in about a week. I wish they would have continued the show.

I'm going to have to disagree with everyone. While the premise of the show was very interesting on a number of levels, the acting was Si-fi bad with the exception of 2-3 characters, the characters were inconsistent between episodes, and there were a few outrageously bad plot lines (like burying everyone in the salt mine )

Loved it. I wish Netflix would pick it up and make new episodes like Arrested Development.

Jericho's audience has grown in the five years since cancellation. It was this growth that got Netflix's attention. Netflix approached CBS about making new episodes.

Currently, CBS and Netflix are in talks about bringing the series back. Fans are encouraged to write or e-mail: Mr. Ted Sarandos, Chief Content Officer, Netflix, 100 Winchester Circle, Los Gatos, CA 95032, TSarandos@Netflix.com.

In the meantime, the Jericho story continues in the Season 3 and 4 graphic novels. The Season 3 novel is back in print:

the Season 4 novel will be released in November and can be pre-ordered:

Eh, it was okay. The writers hurt themselves by stringing things out too much in the first season where virtually nothing happened. They delivered more interesting stuff in the truncated second season they got because of fan protest and while I enjoyed I personally think Revolution is better.

Were you really enthralled by the episode where there was a fire at the library (oh no, Lassie!)? Or that old broad who ran the store bickered with everyone? Or the awkward romance between nerdy kid and popular girl? I'm shocked people liked the first season. It went at a plodding pace and had too many filler episodes.
