Absentee ballots, what are they exactly?

In Alabama (the laws may have changed now) but you had to ask for an application, they sent it to you. You then had to fill it out, include a utility bill with your address, picture ID with your address, witness it, and send it in. Then you received a ballot.

How in the hell did we get to illegals getting licenses and the DMV addresses are used to carpet bomb ballots? (Not that those ballots ever went out, they were harvested pre distribution and filled out and dropped).

Some will say illegals cant vote, well Im certain when they came to the box on their govt license form they checked YES I AM ILLEGALLY IN THE COUNTRY. so dont put me on the list.

The aforementioned, the same day registering so half of california can attend BBQ concerts with keg beer in Arizona and New Mexico, no purging of voter lists, counting ballots for weeks after the election, no observation of counting, no ID, no signature verification.
