This trial is Trump's fault for 2 reasons.

He is 70 or so,married to a model who just had his child and decides to introduce little Donnie to a porn star. Poor judgement and a lack of impulse control.

Then the shite hits the fan. All he had to do is make the $130k payoff with personal funds and he avoids anything hitting the company books. There would be no falsification of business records. There would be no lawyer getting a home equity loan.

Now his campaign millions of dollars for legal fees because he is too cheap to come up with $130 in personal funds.

I think Stormy Daniel's is Russian tradecraft. (Just like the laptop from helll that all of DC hid from the public wasn't 2020 election interference)

Pecker and the Enquirer. There’s also another woman who will be testifying on similar matters.

Pecker? Pecker is the first witness?

Who is up next?
Miles Long?
Harry Balls?
Rod Cockestein?
Dick Head?

Yes it is if you use fraudulent means to transfer funds from sources that are
not allowed to be used for those purposes. Plus, there’s the “catch and kill” conspiracy with Pecker and the Enquirer. There’s also another woman who will be testifying on similar matters. Trump is in real jeopardy.

Just the fact that this guy did not change his last name on the day of his 18th birthday is reason enough to question his credibility.

So when Hillary was fined for claiming the Steele dossier as legal expenses, she should have also had felony charges brought for lying about her opponent?

She essentially committed the same violation Trump is accused of - will you admit that and explain why she wasn’t prosecuted?

In what jurisdiction would Hillary have been prosecuted. And for violation of what statute? The facts are not the same.

Every presidential campaign ever has done this and it has never been anything more than a fine
