Russia has somewhere between 60k to 80k dead. Ukraine, somewhere between 300k and 620k.
The Ukrainian army is shrinking though, due to casualties and recruiting shortfalls, while the Russian army is growing. At one point the Russians only had 125k men in Ukraine, by this summer it will be 600k.
This winter was the first time the Russians outnumbered the Ukranians.
