Don’t think they would need boots on ground.
If you could attack ventilation systems or identified soft areas, some bunker busters could do some damage. Especially if targeted repeatedly.

This. This was around 2005. Someone’s phone was hacked and allowed for the Bluetooth function to insert a virus at Natanz. The virus caused the enrichment equipment to spin too fast and rip itself apart.
This was almost 20 years ago. Imagine what else Mossad and the CIA can create now.

It’s probably their labs where they refine and build materials. Bomb the access. Will take them a year to clear and rebuild.
