Can you name one significant accomplishment of the current R controlled House?

Let's get a broader sampling and include the 2016-18 R controlled House and Senate, what have these "conservatives" accomplished to reverse the tyrannical march of cultural Marxism? Don't say SCOTUS appointments because Trump is the one primarily responsible for placing latest justices on the SCOTUS.
Did they secure the border?
Did they work to improve election integrity?
Did they hold the line on out of control government deficit spending?
Did they hold the FBI/DOJ accountable for their crimes against Americans?
What the frick have these "conservatives" accomplished?
