I would be curious to know if house arrest is an option depending on the length of the sentence. It seems a little much to send a former president to prison for what is essentially a white collar crime
Are you kidding me. He'll get the maximum allowable sentence.

For what crime? Clown?
Prosecutor screwed it up in his opening statement. Claiming crimes he was not charged with.
What was discovered in the involvement with the White House seems to have screwed up the documents case as well.
True Biden cluster .......The clown show running this fraud from within the White House ........bit them in the butt .....
When Trump walks in as the new President, whoever is running the show .....Line them all up and fire each one. No Mercy ....

Oh yeah he wears heels too, he hates being only 6 1"
I just want the judge and prosecutor to be struck by lightening then next time they walk outside on a sunny day. (sorry to you green haired pedo pervert sky screamers).
Oh yeah Joe is a pedophile and will swim in a lake of fire for eternity.

How Likely Is Trump to Go to Prison?

6 months
Just enough to get past the election (assuming the trial runs in to early May).

If our country ever incarcerated a former President, I seriously doubt they would just use existing facilities. NY does have “house arrest” provisions for nonviolent felons do in the event confinement is deemed appropriate, there can be more secure able options than existing state facilities
For incarceration at Rikers, all the following would have to happen
(1) The jury has to convict
(2) The judge has to sentence incarceration at the Facility
(3) All appeals (whether federal or state with the former having more application in this instance)
That’s a lot to occur. You have to plan for it, but it’s unlikely
The short term planning for contempt proceedings require more immediate planning. While also unlikely, it only really takes a judge action and doesn’t require all the other stuff. That is, it’s possible (but unlikely) to get a contempt ruling tomorrow. You might appeal, but you have to be prepared for the logistics

How likely is it that Trump puts the evil doers in prison after he is
elected?
I’d say extremely likely.

Whenever you hear someone in the press say, “what would that look like”, they are planning something.
