I think the Press Secretary Press Conference is a unproductive. These Secretarys are expected to be able to answer any question thrown at them. Also, there are too many "gotcha" type questions and even worse, "softball " questions.

Kirby is the better liar of the two, but DEI hires are practically untouchable.
