Dislike of the media is at the highest I can remember it in the last forty someodd years. The media used to be about reporting stories. Now they are either trying to force a narrative or/and be the story themselves.

Openly gleeful over the loss of American lives and livelihoods. They sicken me. They should be put in stocks in the middle of NYC and residents urged to go by and cough and sneeze on them.

Anecdotal, but I live in liberal paradise and there was a Facebook thread by a bunch of people saying they were tired of CNN and i know the guy who posted it is a democrat, because he was a politician here at one time.

This made me think about something pretty deep. Who is it really behind all of this. These talking heads are only following orders. But who is behind all of this. The head of CNN. The soros guy. I'm just wondering, if there is one person or a very small circle of elites that are really in charge of the left and who they are.

This post is a prime example of what I was just posting. This dude genuinely believes what he’s saying. He believes President Trump is a traitor. And the reason he believes this is that is what the media tells him. And he doesn’t realize what he thinks is news is really agenda-driven propaganda. They spoon feed it to him and he gobbles it up.

I never said there wasn’t. But it’s far, far more rampant on the left. It’s in their nature. Conservatives are people who at an early age were taught how to think. Progressives are people who instead were taught what to think.

First they rallied around an attempt to deny a Supreme Court justice nominee not only his spot on the bench but his right to due process in order to do so. Now they accuse Trump of making a couple of idiots drink fish tank cleaner and are openly rooting against a possible treatment of Coronavirus being authorized by medical officials. If I wanted to I could write about fifty more paragraphs on everything they have tried to do to overthrow the results of a legitimate election. I don't know at this point what else you can call them. They would rather have more people die and have Trump lose the upcoming election than have more people live and Trump get reelected. They are either traitors or they have legitimately have gone insane.

You know it's bad when you start to resent the local news folk for toting party line or broadcasting from home because "we're all in this together".
