Rekieta Law Stream(11est)

11:23cst Judge talked about someone following the jury bus last night. Jury wasn't photo'd or anything but there is still an investigation going on with the person.

I say hung jury.

I’m not even on the jury.

ETA. Never mind. Thought this was the OT.

I’m going to predict riots following a mistrial with prejudice.

Is it going to be a while because of the video discrepancies. Are they having testimony on that?

Can the judge/jury push this thing to next Monday to avoid weekend destruction of Kenosha?

How long can they wait before they call for a verdict? My $.02 on the subject is that they are dragging it out for a few days in hopes that some of the fine protesters lose interest and go home. . . It won't work but it may be an option they're considering.

No result today but it will be a hung jury tomorrow with the judge granting the mistrial with prejudice motion due to prosecutorial misconduct.

In reality that's not going to happen because the judge seems to care too much about what the media is saying about him but I hope it does if he's not acquitted by the jury.

I hope it comes to an end today. I think it will be a hung jury also. 9-3.

I think we get it today, even if it's hung, which it wouldn't be if the media wasn't the enemy of all the people.

They will NOT walk out of the deliberation room without a conviction...of some sort. Likely Negligent Homicide, or anything that will pacify the heathen outside the courtroom.

Cancel Culture attack is the least of the Jury's worries; more like outright violent 'redress' is foremost on their minds. Self survival...is THE determinative deliberative factor; with 'Justice' running way back.

Because we are no longer a nation of laws. We are now a nation of mob rule.

I thought the judge allowed them to see the video in question yesterday evening?

If so, the deliberations can still go on with the Judge getting statements from the prosecution and experts in the background.

The case is already tainted.

So question... If they convict on one of the lesser counts and he appeals and wins re-trial, the state can only prosecute on the convicted count, correct?

Since the jury found not guilty on others, it would be double jeopardy for those counts?

No way. This country is fed up with leftism and defund the police and all that. These people watched their city burn because of it.

The majority will reject the idea that Kyle should have taken a beating before pulling the trigger.

A progressive holdout or 2 may force a hung jury.

Negligent Homicide
I think a big misconception is that BLM/Antifa/MSM will not be satisfied with anything other than 1st degree and life in prison.

So if the jury comes back with a partial or lesser conviction like that, there will still be riots, death threats, doxxing, etc.

Mistrial without prejudice delays the madness.

Mistrial with prejudice or full acquittal are the only "wins" for Kyle Rittenhouse.
