Man people act like we never had heat waves like this before. There were summers when that shite was upper 90s, no rain for about a month.

Is it? If banks have such foresight, why do they keep needing to be bailed out? If insurance companies have such foresight, why are they suddenly raising rates and backing out along the gulf coast?
