Regarding Elliott supporting Steve Carter for Mayor-President, I find it hard to believe he gives a rat's arse about, and would stoop so low as to voice commercials about a local race in Baton Rouge. 4 - 5 years ago, Mr. Elliott, or a voice impersonator, also lent his voice to Lenar Whitney, a woman who ran for the U.S. House of Representatives.
Though I could easily be wrong, I'm gonna go with a voice impersonator on the local ads. But as for Biden, that's disappointing.

He moved from California to Portland, Oregon, with his family when he was 13 years old.
Elliott spent his teenage years living in northeast Portland, and graduated from David Douglas High School in 1962. After graduating from high school, Elliott attended college at the University of Oregon as an English and psychology major for two terms before dropping out. He returned to Portland and attended Clark College in nearby Vancouver, Washington.

Elliott did a voiceover for a state rep here in north louisiana as well last year. Super conservative candidate.
