If that happens, I would rename the place Presidential Burger.
It would be an end around from Trump’s lawyers. You could probably get away with calling a burger or dish the Trump burger under fair use as a parody. You could also get away with the campaign signs and other images of public figures provided the images are licensed as such from Getty for use in restaurant establishment as a display depending on the source of the photo like an official White House photo that my not fall under copyright since it is an official government document or image.
I would also change the bun stamp to something less trademark Trump. Use his signature from a bill he signed as president. Since that is from an official US document and I doubt that would fall under trademark or copyright protections.
By the way, the Biden Burger should be a vegan option with that impossible meat they use on whoppers.
Also, you could expand some the burger options like an Obama Burger, Junior Bush Burger, a Clinton Burger, Senior Bush Burger, Reagan Burger, etc.

Never heard of this 'til now.
I found it hard to believe such a place could exist, even in rural Texas. Thought it had to be a photoshopped image. It would seem to be a natural target for the mainstream voters (well, maybe not in that part of Texas) to vent their anger... and frustration.

Newman’s Bakery is really good too. About 5-6 blocks west of this place.

Trump Burger is new, and I’ve not yet had the chance to try it, but downvoting Newman’s is insane. They make the best sandwiches for two counties in any direction.
