When was the Democratic insurrection

Well there was that stoppage of counting votes in 5 or 6 states all at about 2 am that no one has explained yet. And to no one's surprise, when the counting resumed, Biden had gained votes by leaps and bounds.

Not explained to you, personally?

Because they're explained by state law and the circumstances at the time, in every instance.

Oh, the problem is that you don't understand how elections in the US work. That is something you should probably learn about before you start whining on here.

I can't say I've ever actively wished for someone Downtown to get punched in the tit by a homeless person, but you're an inspiration.

A Trump DOJ may even pursue a SCOTUS ruling after the election in order to 1. further protect Trump, or 2. Go after Biden. Or both.

Assuming you mean the current DOJ minus a quarter million Osama/counton lawyers.

So please, please cite the election that that has EVER happened in before? You can even go down to school board elections. Why was it allowed in Fulton County, Georgia that EVERYBODY was sent home except for a few Dem operatives to remain? No signature verification on absentee ballots? Mass mail out of ballots? NEVER EVER happened before. EVER.

The fact that there were "official" advertised meetings of the other electors could be enough to suffice. It was not as though these fools were doing it in the dark prior to official certification in the states..

The documents case is where he has the greatest exposure. The "insurrection"and RICO are pretty weak overall.....I mean, you are telling Trump that he's not allowed to challenge something that he believes to be challengeable and Smith's assertion is that it is an illegal scheme when election law is somewhat unclear on the issue. Smith would have done better to outwardly suggest that Trump tried to insight insurrection. If you buy his assertion, all of it, then you start getting into free speech rights, Smith's denials notwithstanding in the indictment.

Bragg's case is a twisted mess. If you have to do both sides of the Glenn Beck chalkboard to explain how you get to being even close to a crime, your case is not even a house of cards.

Beat Trump at the ballot box, it's the only way to be rid of him.

It’s their talking point.

It’s what all of the cool pink/blue hairs are saying.

Each one of them deduced this important legal distinction

That's where you're wrong

Republican Presidents will all stand trial but not one Democrat will

You really think the spineless bunch of pussies in the GOPe would do anything?

If anything they'll cower down even further because they'll fear the Left will come after them, if they can put a President on trial who can't they target?

So if I work at Walmart as a cashier, and I believe there’s a 20 missing from the register, and I go to the shift supervisor and say “we need to find this money”, I’ve committed a private crime that has nothing to do with my capacity as a cashier employed by Walmart?

This lawfare is REALLY testing your ability to spin up bullshite
