Why are they not arresting these people who are claiming they are Hamas in this video?

They have already identified themselves as being part of a terrorist group. So we just let terrorists that admit they are Hamas just run the streets?

Pretty sure Biden's admin removed Hamas from the list of terrorist groups. There's nothing illegal about claiming membership to them.

Hamas is holding American hostages. Maybe we should round up their members and send them to gitmo and make them trade their members out for the American hostages they are holding. Hamas like to do swaps.
