I honestly wouldn’t mind Spurs getting 5th and going to the Europa League. Would have a legit shot to do really well in it compared to the Champions League. Plus, it’s not like the CL money makes a huge difference anymore with the TV money.

The 5th placed team in the Prem got £163mil through TV rights last year. By making it to the group stage you are guaranteed around £40mil.
My point was, while £40mil is still significant, team’s finances aren’t built around qualifying for the CL like they used to be due to the TV deals these days.

Just home from Finn’s…if you’d have told me the winner would come from a Kimmich header running from 30 yards out, I’d have looked at you like you had 3 heads. The Arsenal tie was done at Emirates when they gave up the two cheap counter goals.
