Yeah I have 3 wyze. Work fine and cheap. 7.99 a month for unlimited cameras cloud storage. Plus I have a microsd in each which saves maybe a week

I had all the google nest cams for a while, they're good but odds are you'll have to buy the monthly package. I got tired of sending my money to google so I recently went in with Aqara for the doorbell/camera and other cameras. They have the ability to do local storage on a drive AND they work well with Apple HomeKit, which is what I prefer.
Just a few options.

FWIW I went to a Reolink system at the urging of this board, but Eufy products were better for us than Nest, Arlo, Ring, Aqara and Eve.
We use their sensors for gates/rooms around the house and they're perfect and reliable. I have a few remote cameras still hanging out, doing their thing without issue. The Eufy duo wired indoor cam is awesome if you're past the baby monitor stage with little kids.
I'm glad we moved to PoE for our main system, but I still like Eufy. But OP, FWIW, they do these direct sales all the time because Amazon has them on sale all the time too.
