Those more educated in physics than I am, what is the hydrodynamic reason she manages to spin and “give” the guy her back when she gets to one of them? Is it a weight distribution thing?

Looks like they spin her on the toss. That’s all.

It is because the weights are in the back of the weight belt she is wearing.

Could be a variety of reasons. Though she has a smokin bod she is not a very hydrodynamic shape so when she is being pushed through the water it’s not flowing evenly over/around her body. Various things are creating drag which is, for lack of a better term, “steering” her as she moves through the water. Water is also quite viscous and resists being pushed out of the way so even a small imbalance in flow around her body will result in a large change in direction. Also, with her arms and legs being tucked in she has a low radius of gyration so it I much easier for her body to spin around her center of mass than it is for her to move through the water.
