Doesn't take long at all for the cravings to subside. But, your mindset needs to always be focused on how the cigs make you stink, make people around you stink and obviously they damage your health.
If you stay pissed off at cigs, in 3 or 4 months or less you will be disgusted by the smell.of cigs.

I have those stop smoking ads on repeat lol. Have no desire to have a hole in my neck.
