Because he was acting at the behest of the IC and doing bio research that Obama and others knew about.

To be fair to Obama, he actually banned this research. I’m sure Obama only heard it in passing, then started thinking about Jurassic Park and said “Are you people fricking insane? That will kill us all if it goes wrong.”

So when Obama banned this shite, Fauci illegally went to Peter Daszak at the EcoHealth Alliance and then they sponsored the Wuhan Lab. We all know what happened next.

You honestly believe that he banned it and wasn’t aware that they just shipped it overseas?

Come on.

It was a wink and a nod.

He was trying to distance himself from potential fallout without actually limiting the work which someone who calls the shots saw immense value in.

Victoria Nuland knew about the labs in Ukraine and she was an Obama appointee. Telling me Susan Rice and Obama had no idea what was up?

You don’t line up tens or hundreds of millions of federal dollars unless you’re the CIA without any oversight or the awareness of those above you in the food chain.

Yes, but he lifted his ban a couple of weeks before he left office.

Adoption of these recommendations will satisfy the requirements for lifting the current moratorium on certain life sciences research that could enhance a pathogen’s virulence and/or transmissibility to produce a potential pandemic pathogen (an enhanced PPP).
