I feel like LSU has to score a few runs here or Ack won’t be back out. He may not either way, though.

Only thing I can think of is once the ball is caught, the lead runner is no longer a runner. But if it had dropped we would have had an out.

It appears Jones is seeing the ball a lot better today than he has the first 2 games this weekend.

I dunno. Jones would be a real project turning pro now. He’d spend a lot of time riding buses in the low minors.
