Arch #1 is based on what exactly?

About the same amount of data we have on Nuss…which is not much!

Please explain. One threw for 4000+ the other was a part time player in the same conference who played by far an easier schedule as a part timer

Ewers was good enough to start over Arch this year and somehow Arch is going to be first pick next year?

Leta go get a 4th Heisman for LSU...

Just please Mother of God, don't let Cleveland draft him next year. GIANTS cool, but NO Browns.

Amazing - Burreaux, Daniels AND Nuss as the top 1 or 2 pick in barely 5+ years?
And this after suffering through a decade + of toss-dives.
Crazy.
Now if the D could only tighten up a bit…

WR will not be a number 1 pick next year. It will be a QB. I would be shocked if any position other than QB is picked #1 overall.

None of the QBs scream #1. Nuss isn't a 1st overall pick as of now. Arch sucked against P4 schools. Allar is just your typical Penn St QB, not great. Jeremiah Smith should be #1.

JS needs the rule changed to be #1 overall

The Manning love is predictable and sad. On the other hand, Drew Allan is a really shitty QB

I love how you got guys talking about the Sanders media foverage, but it is literally dwarfed by Arch Manning coverage. A kid that has accomplished literally NOTHING yet. He is going to be the biggest bust of all time if he doesn't perform. They have hyped him to Pluto and back. Never seen anything in my got damn life compared to the insane hype he has gotten while doing absolutely nothing. Usually when a kid is hyped to hell, they don't perform. Nico, Quinn Ewers (My God that was annoying), that big arse dude that used to play QB for Auburn after Nick Marshall left (thought I was taking crazy pills with that hype), however they are all dwarfed by this dude's cult like hype.

You say that, but people have been saying the same shite about Manning. He put up good stats in HS against weak comp and he was a 5 star and gets the coverage he does bc of his last name.

I mean the guy he was backing up got drafted in the 6th or 7th round. Either Sark didn’t like something about Manning or Ewers had dirty pics of coach and Bevo.

Am I crazy in thinking Mannning is getting at least 90% of his hype based on his name?

Arch's passer rating is like 10 against Power 4 schools. What a joke.

Not ranked 10th, but 10.0

QBR is mainly based on passing stats. Know what Texas didn’t allow Arch to do in those games? Yep, didn’t get to pass. So, yeah, it should be expected he’d have a low or non-existent QBR rating during those games. Same for most freshmen and sophomore qbs that only get to handoff the ball in big games or clean up time. Arch will fill the stat sheets this year. We would have happily have taken him at LSU.

@MardiGrasCajun QBR and Passer Rating are per capita stats. Meaning whether he throws 50 passes or 5 passes, quantity does not effect it unlike passing yards or completions. It is how efficient you are per play that you work with.

To think we went from Andrew Hatch and Brandon Harris to two (potentially three) top five picks in the NFL draft in six years is insane.

I don't think Nuss is going in the first round.
