Is this a new franchise? The league has never made money, even with the Kaitlin Clark craze. Why on earth would they be expanding?

If you're talking pre games, promotional stuff, during game and post stuff, that's a full gig. 44 reg season games at 8 hours per (could be more or less). That's roughly 46k to 56k. Then any special events they do, you're looking at a 1000 bucks each on top of that. I didn't even mention if you got a playoff team. That could be a 70-80k job in just 6 months.

Next press release: Ummm someone fat fingered a couple extra zeros in there, can we sat fat fingered? (though I'm sure that's what the players are used to.) otherwise players may be auditioning to supplement.
