Where has Boston College and the NY Giants been since Coughlin left. Hell, how have Jaguars been since Coughlin left. Honestly I don't trust any of the media darling who make big buck spewing drama on some show. Proof will be in the pudding. We'll see how good he is at the college game. At this point 80% of sports news is just soap opera BS coming from people who were never athletes.

This is what happens when you go from a "soft" coach to a hard arse. They have to adapt or die.

Not saying that this is the case but when someone comes in and shakes things up and holds people to a high standard than the previous leader. Those under him are typically not to happy. They either adjust to the new standard or they find their way out the door.
